OCCUPANCY POLICY: Cottages rented to members of one family only.
All rentals are family rentals (couples or families with children).
No rentals to minors or those not fitting with a family resort.
Mt. Knoll Beach Cottages, LLC reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
NO PETS AND NO VISITORS
DEPOSIT: Deposits are required to guarantee your reservation. Deposits for reservations made by phone must be received within 7 days or the reservation will be cancelled. A $400.00 deposit for all units for each week stayed may be paid by personal check, bank check or money order - sorry no credit cards. Deposits are a commitment for the full amount of your time requested. There will be a $30.00 fee on returned checks.
BALANCE: Entire balance is to be paid in full on arrival. Cash, Traveler's Checks, Visa, and MasterCard are accepted. No personal checks or money orders will be accepted. Corporate or Business Credit Cards (Business name printed on card) are not accepted.
Rates are Subject to Occupancy Tax and New York State Sales Tax
CANCELLATION POLICY: Sorry, deposits are not refundable. No refunds for early departure.
